A free, no-commitment conversation to understand what you're dealing with. I'll ask questions, you'll talk through the challenge, and by the end we'll both know whether there's something useful here.

Assessment & Recommendations
The part where we actually go deep. I look at the processes, structure, team dynamics, costs, whatever is relevant to your challenge. You get a clear, honest picture of what's going on and what I'd recommend doing about it.
Cost: From €4,500 depending on scope
Strategic Plan & Roadmap
Once we know what needs to change, I build out the plan: roadmaps, priorities, ownership structures, and whatever documentation your team needs to actually execute it. This is the deliverable you take away and use.
Cost: From €7,000 depending on scope
Workshops & Team Training (Optional)
If your team needs to build specific skills or get aligned on a new way of working, I run focused workshops on management effectiveness, ways of working, customer experience design, or whatever the plan requires. You take it from there.
Cost: From €2,500 per workshop
Ongoing Advisory
Some clients want a regular sounding board: someone to pressure-test decisions, review progress, and flag what they're missing. A monthly arrangement for exactly that.
Cost: From €1,500-2,000 per month
